From Family Recipes to Totally Provisioned
My mom's dill pickles have been a staple at family gatherings for as long as I can remember. She only shared the recipe with her daughters, and over the years they became a favorite not only at our backyard parties, but also on the menu at K-Pasta, the restaurant I owned in Imperial Beach.
At K-Pasta, everything was made from scratch. Many of the recipes I still make today—including my Vodka Cream Sauce and Arugula Pesto, now part of Totally Sauced—were born in that kitchen. When I closed the restaurant in 2017 to focus on raising my children, I knew I wasn't finished sharing my love of food.
I wanted to create something that encouraged gathering, cooking, and connecting with family and friends, but was simple enough for anyone to enjoy at home.
That's how Totally Provisioned was born.
What started with my mom's famous pickles grew into Totally Pickled and our preservative-free DIY pickling packets. Today, Totally Provisioned includes Totally Pickled, Totally Sauced, and thoughtfully curated provisions inspired by family recipes, scratch-made traditions, and the belief that some of life's best moments happen around the table.
